Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy applies to all Sanando Studio sessions, including individual, couples, virtual, and in-person sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable, and the session will be considered used.
  • Each appointment may be rescheduled only once, provided the request is made within the required notice period.
  • All rescheduling is subject to current calendar availability. If no suitable appointments are available, you may request to be added to the priority list for earlier openings or cancellations.
  • Being on the priority list does not guarantee that an earlier appointment will become available and does not extend the validity period of a session package.

Punctuality and Late Arrivals

To make the most of the time reserved for your session, we recommend joining or arriving on time.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the missed time cannot be extended, recovered, or refunded. If the delay is significant enough that the session cannot reasonably take place, the session may be considered used.

If the delay is caused by Sanando Studio, you will not lose any of your contracted session time. Whenever possible, the full session time will be completed that same day; if that is not possible, the remaining time will be made up or rescheduled at no additional cost.

Session Packages & Validity

  • To support continuity in the therapeutic process, Sanando Studio schedules all sessions included in the package at the beginning of the process, based on the agreed frequency and current calendar availability.
  • Packages have a strict validity period beginning on the date of purchase:
    • 6-session package: valid for 3 months
    • 9-session package: valid for 5 months
    • 12-session package: valid for 7 months
  • Any sessions not attended or properly rescheduled within the applicable validity period will expire and are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling a session does not extend the original validity period of the package.

If Sanando Studio Needs to Cancel or Reschedule

If Sanando Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you may reschedule it at no additional cost and you will not lose the session. A cancellation or rescheduling initiated by Sanando Studio will also not affect the validity period of your plan.

If a suitable alternative cannot be offered, or if you prefer not to reschedule, the corresponding refund will be issued.
