Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy applies to all Sanando Studio sessions, including individual, couples, virtual, and in-person sessions.
Monday–Friday Sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made outside this notice period and missed appointments are non-refundable.
Saturday Sessions
Saturday appointments are limited and in high demand. Once a Saturday session has been booked, it is non-refundable.
However, it may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance.
If the rescheduling request is made with less than 72 hours’ notice or the client does not attend the session, the amount paid is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward a new appointment.
How the Notice Period Is Calculated
The 48- or 72-hour notice period is calculated from the scheduled start time of the appointment.
If Sanando Studio Needs to Cancel or Reschedule
If Sanando Studio needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive the applicable refund.
