1. Nature of the service

Therapeutic and psychoeducational support. It does not replace medical care or emergency services.

2. Modality

Online or in-person sessions (Bogotá).

3. Language

Sessions in Spanish, English, or bilingual.

4. Payments

Advance payment is required.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. When requested within this timeframe, the session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable, and the session will be considered used.

6. Responsibility

The process requires active participation.

7. Limitation

We are not responsible for decisions made outside the therapeutic space.
