How I can help
Do you identify with these situations?
Emotional dependency
Fear of being alone, constant need for validation, or difficulty setting boundaries in relationships.
Mother or father wound
Experiences with caregivers that still affect your self-worth, relationships, and the way you treat yourself.
Anxiety and stress
Tension, fatigue, pressure, repetitive thoughts, or a constant feeling of being on edge in your body.
Trauma and childhood wounds
Past experiences that continue to show up in your adult life through intense emotions, fear, disconnection, or shutdown.
Relationships and attachment
Relational dynamics, fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting, communicating, or feeling safe with others.
Self-worth and identity
Feeling not good enough, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of who you are beyond others' expectations.
“You are not broken. You learned how to protect yourself. But now it is time to learn how to live differently.
I'll walk with you through the process.”

SUPPORT & METHODOLOGY
ERA Framework
The ERA framework is a process that integrates emotional awareness, pattern recognition, and personal responsibility. It is not a quick process, but it can be deeply transformative.
Embrace your emotions
We begin by understanding what you feel, without judgment or urgency. Emotions are not the problem. They are messages.
Rewrite your patterns
We explore how your past experiences influence your reactions, decisions, and current relationships, in order to begin building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Advance with awareness
I help you integrate what we work through in therapy into your daily life, so you can respond to your challenges with greater clarity, presence, and autonomy.

My Therapeutic Approach
I work from a holistic and integrative approach that combines evidence-based therapeutic models to help you understand your emotions, heal emotional wounds, and build a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
An approach that helps people understand the different internal parts that coexist within them and how those parts influence emotions, decisions, and relationships.
I am currently completing advanced training in this approach.
