Psychologist certified in Trauma and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I came to psychology trying to understand why so many people — myself included — were living through stories they hadn’t chosen. Over time, I learned that most emotional suffering isn’t a personal failure, but the imprint of what was never understood in time.
My training has been built slowly, over more than fourteen years, between clinical psychology and the study of trauma, attachment, and the nervous system. More than applying techniques, I believe in holding processes: offering a space where emotions can be looked at with calm, and where what hurts can finally find a place.
I work from the conviction that healing isn’t about erasing what happened, but learning to inhabit it differently.
Your usual tools are no longer enough to soothe anxiety, insomnia, or chronic stress.
You find yourself stumbling into the same relationship conflicts, family dynamics, or difficulties setting limits.
You feel a deep emptiness, an identity crisis, or a life change that has blurred who you are.
You carry a loss, a breakup, or past experiences that still shape your life today.
“Starting therapy is rarely an impulsive decision. It arrives when understanding is no longer enough and the desire to heal is born. Perhaps that moment has come for you. It will be an honor to walk beside you.”

I believe every person deserves a therapeutic process as unique as their own story. That is why I integrate different evidence-based models to adapt them to the needs of each person or couple.
More than easing symptoms, my goal is to help you understand the origin of what you are living today and to accompany you in building deep, sustainable changes that help you improve your relationship with yourself and with others.
“Understanding your story doesn't change the past, but it can change the relationship you have with it. Sometimes, that changes everything.”

A safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and free of judgment.
A process grounded in scientific evidence, and also in empathy and respect for your story.
Understanding before intervening, because tracing the origin of the discomfort is often the first step toward change.
Practical tools so that the process continues between sessions and you can keep moving forward with greater autonomy.
Support adapted to your needs, not a one-size-fits-all formula.
Absolute respect for your pace, your timing, and the way you choose to move through your process.
For more than 14 years I have accompanied people and couples through different moments of their lives. That experience has confirmed that no two processes are the same and that understanding each person’s story is as important as understanding what brings them to therapy today.
That is why I continue training permanently, integrating different evidence-based therapeutic models to offer ethical, up-to-date support adapted to the needs of each person.
